An eco-industrial park is a community of businesses that produce and provide goods and services, while also developing and protecting the environment at the same time.
The development of eco-industrial parks is considered an effective solution to contribute to completing the net zero emission target by 2050 in Viet Nam. However, there are still many problems with the mechanism.
Experts from UNIDO and Việt Nam shared their knowledge to evaluate the eco-industrial park model according to the international framework, at a recent online workshop.
